Our Lady of Sorrows Basilica stands proudly on Chicago’s West Side. It serves as an important spiritual home within the Archdiocese of Chicago. Located at 3121 West Jackson Boulevard, it holds a special title. Along with St. Hyacinth and Queen of All Saints, it is one of only three basilicas in Illinois.
