The Otranto Cathedral, or Duomo di Otranto, stands in the southern Italian city of Otranto. It is also called Basilica Cattedrale di Santa Maria Annunziata. The cathedral honors the Annunciation of the Virgin Mary. It serves as the seat of the Archbishop of Otranto.

Church leaders consecrated the cathedral in 1088. Since then, it has remained a vital place of worship and culture. The building measures 54 meters in length and 25 meters in width. Inside, 42 monolithic granite and marble columns support the structure. However, the origin of the stones remains unknown.
